The project is developed under six topics that reflect social and political challenges common to the peripheral South.
These topics are addressed through artistic productions, capacity-building activities, and, actions to promote debate around cultural policies.
- Work and Happiness
- Connecting Dots
- Daily Bread
- Having a Voice
- Bridging the Gap
- Right to the Future
Each topic is explored through a methodology that includes Tandems, joint efforts by partner organizations that are matched to produce a work by an artist, who sets to interpret the topic locally, supported by Hosting Communities, an innovative framework for fostering participatory artistic practices.
The topics are starting points for the dialogue with the local communities around issues that have the power to attract almost anyone, irrespective of their social or ethnic background, economic status, or nationality.
